One issue we did notice on our test PC is that Rogue Applications Remover asked if it could delete a file we're entirely sure isn't malware (developer is trusted, gets a clean bill of health at VirusTotal), it just happened to be a brand new version of a small utility. Presumably the program marks down applications it hasn't seen before?
You shouldn't take Rogue Applications Remover's verdict for granted, then, but don't let that put you off entirely. It's super-small at under 3MB, easy to use, and is worth keeping around for emergency usage.
